Colour Change
Here is the silk and cotton base that I made today. The weaving began with different fabrics then those pictured here, which I gradually removed and exchanged until I felt satisfied, for now. It reminds me of looking up at a tree changing colours in autumn, with bits of blue sky showing through here and there.

Yes, I love the texture and drape and still have weavings from your class left to stitch, too. I wish I could see what comes out of this next Cloth to Cloth - I'm sure there will be interesting variations and another special experience for everyone - and hopefully for you, too!
You inspire me to go back to weaving.
I have been preoccupied by the patchwork beasts, having lovely fun.
