I imagine results are pretty random, because there are so many factors involved - season, geographic area, mordant, temperature, etc. I'm sure you will get satisfactory results one of these times! The blue is not indigo - but I do have some indigo I want to explore with.

wow! You sure have been dyeing up a storm. The prints are just beautiful. Did you pre mordant the cotton?
