Growing Pains

I completed another nuno scarf to give away for Christmas: but mostly, I am making a path through clutter towards my new studio space

and while I keep moving, sorting, organizing and imagining, I am not yet seeing it

clearly and I feel pulled in so many directions - starting in one spot only to be stymied and then moving on to another.

This is creation on a big scale, with my palette scattered all over the house and me needing to compose and unify it into a well functioning whole. I feel a bit stunned,

I don't know where I'm going, but there is growth here and I'm trusting the process.

Love how you're creating those scarves, Yvonne. Does it matter if we don't know where we're going? enjoy the wandering!

Tallulah - I meant for it to be eyes, but I 'see' what you mean!

Penny - thanks, and I think everything matters because it's interesting to notice.

Deanna - the surprise sure keeps things alive - I wonder where you've landed?

Mary Helen - I hope the recipients feel glamorous wearing them - thank you!

Marny - thank you and I'm a little awed by having space to imagine, move and grow into.
